Vehicle & Equipment Safety
Monitor forklift–pedestrian interaction, speed and safe-distance violations.
Most warehouse accidents come from two objects being in the same place at the same time: a forklift and a pedestrian. That is a measurable geometry problem.
The system tracks vehicle and pedestrian separately, computing the distance between them and the rate of approach. Safe-distance violations are announced audibly to the driver and visually to the supervisor; blind spots such as junctions and ramps are governed by their own rule sets.
How it works
Vehicle and pedestrian tracked separately
Each object gets a temporary ID; route and speed are computed frame by frame.
Geometry computed
Camera calibration converts pixel distance into real metres.
Driver and supervisor
Audible warning on site at the moment of violation, visual event record on the dashboard.
Near-miss map: not accidents, but approaches to one
Accident counts are a poor indicator — too few and too late. Near-miss counts, however, can be measured weekly and relate directly to layout. The effect of adding a mirror at a junction or a walkway to a corridor shows up in this chart immediately.
| Ramp 4 exit | 64 |
| Main corridor junction | 48 |
| Shipping area | 31 |
| Raw material intake | 22 |
| Charging station | 11 |
The first two zones produce more than 60% of all events; these are the first places to add physical separation.
| W1 | 58 |
| W2 | 54 |
| W3 | 47 |
| W4 | 41 |
| W5 | 36 |
| W6 | 31 |
| W7 | 28 |
| W8 | 26 |
The decline starts with the audible alert changing driver behaviour instantly; permanence comes from the layout change.
Use cases
Ramp and shipping
Areas with weak pedestrian–vehicle separation.
Internal logistics
Speed control on line-feeding routes.
Heavy equipment
Reachstacker and crane working areas.
On-vehicle camera
Blind-spot alerts from the driver’s perspective.

Frequently asked questions
How does Vehicle & Equipment Safety work?
Most warehouse accidents come from two objects being in the same place at the same time: a forklift and a pedestrian. That is a measurable geometry problem.
Are our existing cameras suitable for this solution?
Required camera specification: Fixed ceiling/pole camera or on-vehicle camera. Before installation we assess your camera inventory free of charge and report which points are suitable and, if needed, which camera should be added.
How accurate is it in the field?
Measured accuracy: 96%. The first two zones produce more than 60% of all events; these are the first places to add physical separation. Thresholds are calibrated on your own site during the pilot.
Is it compliant with KVKK, Türkiye's data-protection law?
Footage is processed on an edge server inside your facility; raw video is not sent to the cloud. Facial recognition is not used; analytics outputs are anonymous and event clips are deleted automatically when the defined retention period ends.
